		<description>My brother has been telling me for years that batteries cannot be made in the USA because of environmental and taxation rules generated by the left wing and environmentalist regulations. Is it possible he is wrong and that America can make these products competitive with nations with lax environmental rules and lax governmental regulation?</description>
