F350 and 450 make the same power, but the 450 has an even higher tow rating.

Is that compared to an F-350 or F-450? Either way that is some impressive hp/tq numbers from both Ford and GM. Now lets see what happens long term for mileage (mpg and longevity). While Dodge has improved the look of their truck, the GMC is just about the best looking truck out there IMO. Ford had their chance with me and until they prove to truck owners that the Scorpion is an engine to be reckoned with and improve their interior and exterior designs, I won't be back.
