Nissan and NHTSA have a greater concern. Older models of the Titan series trucks have suspension/differential issues also. I have taken my 2004 in for serious concerns regarding 4WD attempted engagements while in 2WD and what may be broken bushing collars, but uncertain at this stage, my dealer seems to be unwilling to be definitive, stating only that the differential needs to be replaced. I have never towed, off roaded, or driven much. It has 47K miles and wow damaged drive-train issues.
