2010 Dodge Viper ACR Offered With Free .50 Sniper Rifle

If there were ever an automotive/firearms tie in that was appropriate, this is it. A Missouri Dodge dealer is offering customers a free Barret .50 sniper rifle upon purchase of a 2010 Dodge Viper ACR.

Both machines are capable of deadly force, and represent the last word in American excess. While the Viper ACR is one of the most potent road cars on the planet, the Barret is routinely used to disable armored vehicles in war zones. Looks like it’s a dead heat in the awesome sweepstakes.

The Viper is a competent track car and desirable collectible. The .50 cal is a military weapon that has no place in the hands of anyone outside the military or police forces. How stupid can people get? There is NO more connection between the Viper and the rifle that there is between Sara Palin and grizzly bears. It’s all hype meant to sell people a load of crap. Maybe YOU’d like to explain to the family of the Congresswoman who was shot how it’s a good idea to use a sniper rifle to sell a sports car? Idiots.

I think Mark needs to shut his mouth and insert a tampon.

wah wah wah, cry me a river. what does selling a viper with a 50 cal have anything to do with the shooting of a congress woman with a pistol? oh, they both use bullets and gunpowder i guess. i guess you failed to think about the type of people that would buy a viper, it’s not your everyday lunatic, it’s typically people with some disposable income that you’re gonna say should use it to feed the starving pygmies. those people aren’t going to go around trying to shoot everybody just to up their kill count. they probably go the disposable income by being responsible, just like the seller will probably not give the rifle to a convicted felon.

I’m confused that you’re trying to minimize the connection between Sarah Palin and grizzly bears. At the very least they’re both scary. Have you seen the movie “The Dead Zone?”
