2013 Porsche 911 GT3 Near-Production Model in Spy Photos

Our photographers caught pictures of the 2013 Porsche 911 GT3 today, and in the spy photos you can see an unmasked version of the front spoiler.

The same outlet we’ve seen on the front of the car in previous glimpses is present to push air over the car and increase downforce at high speeds. This time we also see the car wearing a large rear wing missing in previous shots. With nothing actually covered, this is probably the closest version to the actual production model before pictures of a fully finished version start to circulate.

With an expected 450 hp coming from its naturally aspirated flat six, the new GT3 will be more athletic than its predecesor and certainly the best 911 to date.

This car is going to be epic! And it better not come with a PDK.

  • Cw Schaffer

hope it does come with the pdk  it will be faster than the 6 speed.

Too bad it won’t have a soul then. The best part about a stick-only car is that you know every time you see one it’s a genuine enthusiast and not some poseur in a 911 Turbo.

Why the mirrors on the doors, big turn off not only for me but for porsche, why on the doors, change before it to late………….

The only two clean GT class car, GT2 & GT3, now that you have relocated the mirrors on the doors you going backwards, at 6 speed or 7 speed, not Auto please…..  I can’t live with the mirrors, maybe time to change cars…….
