The 2013 Lamborghini Aventador will benefit from multi-cylinder deactivation and engine start-stop technology, boosting the supercar’s mileage.
It still won’t be fuel efficient by any means, but the new standard equipment system will improve the current car’s 13.7 mpg rating to 14.7. Instead of using a battery, the start-stop system will save weight by using a capacitor which will save roughly seven pounds.
Other updates will include stiffer suspension springs and revised dampeners for a more comfortable ride and mild interior tweaks like a new gauge cluster with larger numbers.
