Toyota is constantly working to make the Prius more efficient. They already have a Plug-In version and now, according to The Onion, there will soon be a model that kills the driver and passengers to minimize their carbon footprint.

The technology, dubbed “Prius Solution”, stabs the occupants through the heart and lungs with a large, metal spike. The bodies are then used to fertilize local crops. The manufacturer claims that it offers a 100 percent reduction in the owner’s carbon footprint. Hopefully these claims are easily acheivable, unlike what happened with The Honda Civic Hybrid in California.

The Onion is known for often fabricating its new stories with a humorous twist, and this one is clearly a stab at eco-friendly Prius owners.
