Introduced in January, Mercedes’ mBrace2 infotainment system comes standard across the brand’s full lineup and the German company is now launching a new advertising campaign to promote it.
Incorporating all aspects of the vehicle, mBrace2 includes entertainment, personal assistance, safety and vehicle care. It also incorporates its own app versions of popular web services such as Facebook, Yelp and Google local search. Thanks to cloud based software, the Mercedes system keeps everything up to date too.
“With the latest generation, drivers can experience premium digital services in and out of their vehicles with the most comprehensive capabilities available in the market today. And best of all, because it uses cloud technology, they will benefit from having a system that will only get better over time,” said Bernie Glaser, VP of marketing for Mercedes-Benz USA.
The commercial below is the beginning of the mBrace2 marketing campaign, and tries to demonstrate how many different aspects of life the system can enhance. It will air for the first time during the 2012 U.S. Open.
