To set its 2013 Pathfinder model apart from the crowd, Nissan equipped it with a ‘Latch and Glide’ system, making third-row seating convenient for everyone.

Climbing into the third row of any vehicle has always been a troublesome task. Nissan looks to simplify that with its ‘Latch and Glide’ feature, claiming to be the first automaker to develop such a system. In the second row, the right side seat features a long slide and tilt-down function, allowing a passenger to simply lift a lever to push and tilt the seat forward – easily creating space for passengers to get into the third row.

And the best part of it all if you’re a family with toddlers? The baby seat stays securely fastened, just make sure you remove the child prior to using the ‘Latch and Glide.’

The 2013 Pathfinder is already best in class for passenger room, and now it’s convenient to take advantage of that passenger room.
