The 2013 Acura MDX is now available at dealerships nationwide with a starting price of $43,280 excluding a destination charge of $895. That price is a slight $250 bump over the 2012 model.
The seven-seater SUV is powered by a 3.7-liter, VTEC V6 engine with 300-hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. The V6 powerplant is mated to a Sequential SportShift six-speed automatic transmission and the Japanese automaker’s Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD) system. The MDX is rated at 16-mpg city and 21-mpg highway.
Available packages include the Technology Package, Entertainment Package, and Advance Package. For $46,955, the MDX with Technology Package receives Milano premium leather inside in addition to the Acura Navigation System with Voice Recognition, 8-inch display, multi-view rear camera, and 410-watt stereo system.
Those looking for even more luxury can spring for the Advance Package which starts at $52,905 which adds onto the Technology Package with an Active Damper System, 19-inch wheels, and ventilated front seats with perforated Milano premium full-grain leather.
The top-of-the-line MDX, which comes equipped with the Advance Package and Entertainment Package starts at $54,805.
