Kia will be heading to this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show with a redesigned Forte and an updated Sorento, the Korean automaker has confirmed.
The 2014 Kia Forte has already been previewed when the automaker debuted it out in Korea – where it’s known as the K3. While the Kia Forte gets a huge redesign for the 2014 model year, the Sorento heading to the LA Auto Show will be more of a refresh to hold us over until the all-new Sorento debuts in 2014. The next-generation Sorento will be based on the Hyundai Santa Fe, which will be a noticeable improvement over the current model.
Kia has been the fastest-growing automaker in the US based on annual retail sales growth over the last five years. For the last 24 consecutive months, the Korean automaker has posted monthly sales records and currently holds 4-percent market share in America.
