Porsche 918 Spyder Brochure Leaks With New Photos

The Porsche 918 Spyder is the newest supercar from the German luxury automaker, and today the brochure for the car leaked showing off some new exterior and interior photos. 

Paint color options are included in the brochure, revealing that it will be offered in around 12 different colors, including a choice between solid paint or metallic paint. Two full livery options will also be available to celebrate the cars racing heritage: the classic Martini Racing livery, and a Salzburg Racing Design livery. Also revealed by the images is the availability of the a clear-coat carbon fiber targa roof.

Getting its power from a 4.6-liter V8 based on the engine found in the original RS Spyder LMP2 race car, the latest from Porsche promises 770 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque thanks to its gas-powered engine connected to a pair of electric motors. An option package meant for racing will also be available for the car, which will add six-point harnesses, upgraded brakes, and provide an additional weight loss of about 77 lbs.
