The collection of vehicles in the Ford booth at the 2012 SEMA Show might be the American automaker’s best in recent years.

Adding to the variety was a pair of custom Ford Escape models, one built by Heide Performance Products (HPP), and the other by KOLAB Agency.

The HPP Ford Escape SE aimed to have a street-performance treatment with Eibach springs to lower the crossover on Forgiato 2.0 Otto wheels in a 20×9-inch sizing. On the outside, HPP gave it a ‘front fascia treatment’ along with a Ford Tough logo on the front grille.

Further accenting the Escape’s aesthetics, HPP added special wheel arches and side sills. Extra performance comes from fitting an exhaust system meant for a Focus ST housed in an HPP rear bumper. The exterior Escape then got painted a PPG “Olive Juice” shade before HPP went to work on the interior, outfitting it with Katzkin leather and ostrich goods.

The second of the Escapes present in the Ford booth comes courtesy of KOLAB Agency. Dubbed project ‘Life Escape’ the SE four-wheel drive model featured two custom U.S.-built intense Cycle mountain bikes above the all-new crossover. Even the bikes were customized with a Daley Visual two-tone gold and orange wrap.

As for the Escape, KOLAB gave it performance upgrades including a CX Racing Performance cold air intake, Synapse Engineering wastegate and blow-off valve, and a Vibrant Performance cat-back exhaust system. The exterior of the Escape has been completely wrapped by Daley Visual while a set of 20-inch Rennen Blue Label C10 wheels adorn each corner.
