Cafe Racer is a term that is used to describe certain types of motorcycles that have been modified for added performance, forgoing comfort in the process. The same mindset has been applied to the 500 Cafe Racer, getting a full interior strip down to rid the car of unnecessary weight in the form of rear seats, center console, and anything else that isn’t essential to operating the car.
The Cafe Racer will have a low-profile feel thanks to a lowered roof and suspension, and will get new wheels, side-exiting exhaust and door handles among other mods.
