Motorcraft and Quick Lane Racing teased a SEMA bound Mustang today, shedding some light on the front end.
The photo above shows a fiberglass body, which is almost exclusively reserved these days for drag-racers or stock cars. A flat lip at the bottom of the front end further reinforces the notion that this is a race car. Another tip off is a small ring that can just barely be seen around the fog light and shadow, indicating that this is in fact a sticker of fog light, and not a real light.
As Ford already unveiled the 2013 Fusion NASCAR, and the 2013 Mustang Cobra Jet, this could be an NHRA competing funny car, meant for high-speed drag racing.
More will be revealed as the 2012 SEMA show draws closer.
