Nissan has updated its Titan full-size pickup truck for the 2013 model year with some subtle enhancements, announcing that the Titan S King Cab 4×2 SWB base model will start at $28,820.
The most noticeable change for the 2013 model year is the addition of a new aerodynamic rear spoiler on the tailgate while step rails are now standard on the SV and SL models. Pricing on the SV King Cab 4×2 SWB model will begin at $31,250 while the Titan SV King Cab 4×4 SWB has a starting MSRP of $34,100. As for the SV King Cab 4×4 SWB model, Nissan has set pricing at $31,670. At the top of the King Cab lineup is the PRO-4X King Cab 4×4 SWB, which starts at $37,040.
For 2013, the Japanese automaker gave its PRO-4X trim a refreshed exterior appearance with updated graphics, satin chrome grille, dark wheel finish, a dark-finish lower radiator skid plate, and updated interior upholstery.
Pricing for the Titan S Crew Cab 4×2 SWB begins at $31,370 with the PRO-4X 4×4 priced at $39,240. The top-of-the-line Titan SL Crew Cab 4×4 SWB begins at $42,740.
The 2013 Nissan Titan is built on the automaker’s F-Alpha pickup platform and is powered by a 5.6-liter DOHC Endurance V8 engine with 317 hp and 385 lb-ft of torque. It has a maximum towing capacity of up to 9,500 pounds for the King Cab and 9,400 pounds for the Crew Cab when properly equipped.
