As if it wasn’t extreme enough that Hamann modified the McLaren MP4-12C, the European tuner has taken its “memoR” project to a whole new level, getting it one of the most extreme paint jobs we’ve ever seen.
Designed to make “grass-green Porsches, neon yellow Lamborghinis and even luminous red Ferraris” to fade away into the background, the McLaren MP4-12C memoR got an exquisitely colorful paintjob that very few would ever considering doing to any vehicle.
As a quick refresher, the memoR Hamann tuning package outfits the MP4-12C with new carbon mudguards, air outlets, and a whole new front apron. The LED daytime running lights and carbon front spoiler are subtle upgrades to an already extreme car. Taking it to a whole new level though is the carbon fiber hood and the addition of a roof scoop, rear wings, and a rear apron that houses a triple-tipped exhaust system.
The tuner also added 21-inch wheels to each corner in centerlock form. In addition, the interior was also overhauled, a staple of what Hamann offers all its consumers. Those interested in transforming their MP4-12C to Hamann-spec will have to shell out over $120,000 – but hopefully that paint job stays on that sole vehicle.
