2014 Mazda6 to Star at 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon

The new Mazda6 will be the star of the Japanese automaker’s booth at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon, with three modified concept versions already confirmed.

The three Mazda6 concepts on display include: the Mazda6 Racer concept, the Mazda6 GT Sound Special concept and the Mazda6 Wagon Grand Touring concept. Each concept has been outfitted with your typical modifications including a subtle aero kit, suspension modifications and wheels. As for the GT Sound Special concept, Mazda has outfitted its family sedan with a premium sound system.

The 6 won’t be the only model on the floor for Mazda though, it will also be bringing a pair of custom CX-5s in Grand Touring and Active Driver variants. The Japanese automaker’s latest 2013 MX-5 Miata will also be present, along with its LMP2 race car by Dempsey Racing featuring Mazda’s 2.2-liter diesel engine.

    Not bad, not bad at all. Still got my 04 Mazda6 S. 3.0L. Just hope there’s more parts and easier fixes for this new one, cause there’s little to none for my model.
