1. Chevrolet Spark $12,185

2013 Chevrolet SparkThe tiny Chevrolet Spark is the latest entry in micro-subcompacts. Only available in a 5-door configuration, the Spark is an ideal car for city-dwellers. With its 1.2L engine which makes 84 hp, the Spark gets impressive fuel numbers, 32 mpg in the city and 38 mpg on the highway, resulting in 34 mpg combined. The Spark’s low price hints at its low level of features, with no CD-Player, or USB audio support, and no steering-wheel audio controls.
