There’s something powerful in store for the 2014 Cadillac XTS this August.
In a little over a month, the brand’s full-size sedan will welcome a new sibling on the production line: the XTS Vsport. That car will use a new twin-turbo V6 with 410 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque — 105 lb-ft more than the standard V6. That car will cost $63,020 including delivery, the brand announced today.
Cadillac will only offer the XTS Vsport model in its higher level “Premium” and “Platinum” packages. That includes upgraded 20-inch wheels and a special grille.
For comparison, the BMW 550i xDrive offers 400 hp from its turbocharged V8 and costs $65,925 including delivery.
The base price for the XTS remains unchanged at $45,525 with the standard 3.6-liter V6.
