Ford has announced its 2014 F-150 STX SuperCrew, which delivers extra space and value over the standard F-150 STX, with a starting price of $34,240 including a $1,095 destination fee.
For that price, buyers will get the F-150 STX SuperCrew in a 4×2 version, powered by a 3.7-liter V6 engine with 302 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque. EPA-estimated fuel efficiency for the V6 model is 17 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway.
Starting at $38,665, the F-150 STX SuperCrew can be had with 4×4 and a 5.0-liter V8 with 360 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. When properly equipped, the V8 version is capable of towing up to 9,500 pounds.
Ford also announced a new STX Sport Package which adds 20-inch wheels, a black billet grille with color-matched surround, black tubular running boards, Black and Gray Piston cloth front seats, color-coordinated carpet, and unique box decals to the F-150.
The F-150 STX SuperCrew model offers more cabin space and four door to accomodate crews on a work site or a family night out.
“With the rapidly expanding full-size pickup market continuing to benefit from economic growth and replacement demand, price-conscious buyers are returning looking for an affordable truck with space, capability and style,” said Doug Scott, Ford truck group marketing manager. “Adding the Ford F-150 STX SuperCrew and the new STX Sport Package to our 2014 lineup gives these truck shoppers more value-oriented F-150 models to consider.”
