Chevrolet has announced that its 2014 Silverado High Country luxury pickup will be priced from $45,100 including delivery.
The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado High Country goes on sale this fall and comes standard with rear-wheel drive and a 5.3-liter EcoTec engine with 355 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque. The 5.3-liter engine provides a best-in-class V8 fuel economy of up to 23 mpg on the highway. Available as an option is a 6.3-liter EcoTec engine with 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque.
“Silverado High Country adds a higher degree of capability to the premium truck market and broadens the all-new Silverado’s lineup with a unique combination of exclusive features and purposeful technologies,” said Maria Rohrer, Silverado marketing director.
Making the Silverado High Country unique and premium is its chrome grille, color-matched front and rear bumpers and 20-inch wheels. Standard equipment on the model includes halogen projector headlights, chrome body side moldings, door handles and mirrors.
On the inside, the luxury package features exclusive saddle brown interior with High Country logos on the headrests.
“Its class-leading power is matched with the strong chassis and new suspension and drivetrain elements that make the 2014 Silverado 1500 the strongest, most capable and most refined truck in Chevrolet’s history,” she said.
