Now that recent spy photos reveal the new Mercedes C-Class sedan is shedding its camouflage, it’s time to turn attention to the upcoming 2016 C-Class convertible.
AutoGuide‘s spy photographers have just caught the next-generation C-Class convertible in its initial stages of testing. Seen in these spy photos, the C-Class convertible is expected to hit the market in 2015 as a 2016 model.
The German automaker is currently testing with a fake roof, as the new C-Class convertible is expected to get a conventional soft top instead of a retractable hard top.
The C-Class family will consist of coupe, sedan, and convertible models, though Europeans will also get a wagon variant.
