10. Opel Monza Concept

Loaded with imaginative in-car tech features, the Monza concept not only revives a nameplate for the brand, but previews its future styling direction. It bears a striking resemblance to the Buick Riviera concept seen earlier this year in Shanghai, but with a more Europe-centric skillset. For example, it uses a rear hatch instead of a trunk, and the hybrid drivetrain burns natural gas.

Why should you care? Because many modern Buicks are basically rebadged Opels and that trend is only likely to continue in the future. So look at this sporty little coupe as a sign of a more exciting future of the old man brand.

What about the S Coupé concept ?

  • ColumWood

It wasn’t an easy choice to come up with the list. Still, the S Coupe does nothing for me personally.

  • Pipeline

The list is stupid. It has nothing to do with what should be the direction of the industry regarding cars on the street. It could just as easily be called the “Top ten weirdos.” You really need to get in touch with reality.
