2014 Fiat 500 ‘1957 Edition’ Celebrates 57 Years of Cinquecento

To celebrate 57 years of its iconic model, Fiat has released a special 1957 Edition variant of its popular 500 compact car.

The limited-production 2014 Fiat 500 1957 Edition pays homage to the Fiat 500’s rich history thanks to unique exterior and interior design elements. The three available classic exterior colors along with the 1957-era wheel design aren’t the only things that make the 1957 Edition Fiat 500 unique. The Italian automaker has also given it a Bianco-painted roof and vintage Fiat emblems.

The 1957 Edition is based on the 2014 Fiat 500 Lounge model and can be had in Bianco (white), Verde Chiaro (light green) or Celete (celestial blue). The Verde Chiaro and Celeste shades come with the Bianco-painted roof for a two-tone appearance. The retro 16-inch wheels sport a wide chromed lip, body-color accent and a large center cap with a historic Fiat emblem. Standard on the model are sport-tuned suspension and all-season performance tires.

The 2014 Fiat 500 1957 Edition will arrive dealerships in Spring 2014 and pricing will be announced closer to its launch.

“Created for Italian car and design fans who want an added sense of the historic Cinquecento’s spirit, the ‘1957 Edition’ features unique styling elements, material finishes and, of course, a manual transmission and sport-tuned suspension,” remarked Jason Stoicevich, head of the Fiat brand for North America.
