The refreshed 2014 Lexus CT200h will make its world debut at the 2013 Guangzhou Motor Show in China.
The CT200h was originally introduced in 2010 and at the time was the world’s first full-hybrid luxury compact car. Three years later, Lexus is giving it a mild refresh with the Japanese automaker’s signature “spindle grille” now added to the CT200h’s front end.
Other exterior changes to the compact hybrid include newly-designed wheels and an updated rear appearance featuring a more horizontal structure. Rated at 42 MPG combined, the CT won’t enter its second-generation until in 2016, at which point we could see non-hybrid variants of the model including a turbocharged version.
Expect more details on the 2014 CT200h (with rumors of a CT200t model surfacing) when it makes its official debut at the 2013 Guangzhou Motor Show.
