Toyota has announced that its 2014 RAV4 will be priced from $24,410 including a destination fee.
That marks a minor increase of $250 compared to the 2013 model year for the RAV4 LE model. The 2014 RAV4 XLE will have a starting price of $25,860 and adds sunvisor extenders and chrome interior door handles. The RAV4 Limited will be $1,310 more at $29,180 and can also be had with a Technology Package for $725. The Technology Package adds a blind spot monitor, lane departure alert and automatic high beams.
The Toyota RAV4 is powered by a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine with 176 hp and 172 lb-ft of torque that is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive will run buyers $1,400 additional. Changes to the RAV4 for the 2014 model year are minor, with the addition of Entune Audio. The Toyota RAV4 is rated at 24 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway.
