The development of the production Mercedes-Benz S-Class coupe is well on its way and AutoGuide‘s spy photographers have captured it cold weather testing in Sweden.
At the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, the German automaker debuted an S-Class coupe concept, which will share the same powerplants as the S-Class sedan along with Mercedes-Benz’s “Magic Body Control” technology.
So once the production S-Class coupe makes its official debut, expect the same bi-turbo V8 under the hood with 449 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. Much of the interior of the coupe will also be the same as the sedan. These recent spy photos give us the best look yet at the S-Class coupe as Mercedes continues to shed the camouflage off its next model.
