It’s no secret that the SRT brand wants to create a more powerful version of its Challenger to compete with the new Camaro Z/28, and what better place to show it off than at Detroit?

I’m really looking forward to this one. Have a 2012 srt8 392. Love it.

Can’t wait to see it. Mo-power is long overdue… Next, find a way to shave 500 lbs off and go Shelby and ZL1 hunting….

The hood is just fine as is – way cool ram air intakes (even if not functional). Why not throw in a 6.4 litre as per the 2013 SRT8 and supercharge that? Just sayin’ – not complainin’.

I have a 2011 SRT 392 that I Put a Procharger supercharger on….getting about 630 at the crank (est) and 559 RWHP (Dyno). Really makes the car a beast….ZL1 had serious problems with me on his bumper from 60 to 110! Loved the car stock…..now its a show stopper!

As much as I loved my 392, I’m sorry to say, this made it feel slow. AB,MT, and MT are all reporting the car is going to make 640 which is the not the case. A friend on the inside said it made 870 until it was detuned to 700. He took me for a ride, :).
