Earlier this week, Ferrari unveiled its 2014 California T model ahead of its official debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, and now the Italian automaker has shared a video of its latest exotic.
Marking the first time Ferrari has used forced induction in a street car since the iconic F40, the Ferrari California T will feature a 3.8-liter powerplant with 552 hp and 523 lb-ft of torque, marking a 62 hp and 151 lb-ft of torque increase compared to its replacement. According to Ferrari, despite the additional performance, the California T will be up to 15 percent more efficient in everyday driving.
Mated to the engine is a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox allowing the California T to accelerate to 62 mph from a standstill in 3.6 seconds with launch control mode enabled.
