Audi A3 Ad Campaign Launches with Ricky Gervais

What do comedian Ricky Gervais, celebrity chef David Chang and Queen have in common?

Aside from having a knack for on-camera performance, all of them are featured in the new advertising campaign for the 2015 Audi A3. The all-new A3 will arrive U.S. showrooms starting on April 3, and the German automaker wants customers eager to see the car up close and personal. The new commercials are a follow up to Audi’s “Stay Uncompromised” theme that ran during the Super Bowl but this time around, the German automaker wanted to showcase “fearless individuals” with the A3.

The campaign highlights some of the features of the A3, including its 4G LTE connectivity. That 30-second spot stars Gervais and a child in the back seat who is reading Twitter comments about the comedian. Another spot titled “Hugs Corners” shines the focus on the A3’s Quattro all-wheel drive.
