An American specialty automaker is setting its sight on dethroning some of European’s finest supercars.
The Nemesis is from Trion Supercars, a California-based Automotive Technology Company. Founded by a team of passionate automotive designers, motorsport innovators and technologists, the company’s first product will be a supercar boasting over 2,000 hp from a twin-turbo V8 engine. The Nemesis is aiming to hit 60 mph from a standstill in 2.8 seconds with a top speed of over 270 mph with an eight-speed sequential transmission. Naturally, the Nemesis will boast plenty of lightweight carbon fiber body panels in addition to a chassis with Inconel elements.
The company is hoping to bring the Nemesis to market beginning next year with a price tag of around $1 million. TSC also noted that the exotic’s interior will comfortably accommodate up to 6’4″ drivers with a unique blend of cutting-edge technology with reduced volumes to optimize space. There will also be a “Predator Mode” that will modify interior illumination, height, suspension, exhaust and rev limits.
