The new Audi Q3 small crossover will be in showrooms this fall and when that happens you can expect pricing to kick off at $33,425.
That price includes delivery of a Premium Plus model powering the front wheels while all-wheel drive comes at a $2,100 premium over that. Standard equipment includes 18-inch alloy wheels, 12-way adjustable heated front seats upholstered in leather, a panoramic sunroof and Xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights and LEDs on the rear as well.
Upgrading to the Prestige trim costs $3,900 and for that price you get a Bose stereo, an upgraded infotainment user interface system, stainless steel door and trunk sills, a power liftgate, a driver assistance package and more.
With its new small crossover, Audi will compete with the BMW X1 and Mercedes’ new GLA once it goes on sale here with a starting price of $32,225 for a front-wheel drive model. The Q3, like its lower-to-the-ground A3 sibling, is based on Volkswagen’s MQB modular front-wheel drive platform along with the seventh-generation Golf.
Like the A3, it uses a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, but in this case it makes 200 hp rather than 220 in the A3.
