6. 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe
Can Hyundai build a performance car that legitimately competes with vehicles like the Nissan 370Z, Chevrolet Camaro or Dodge Challenger? Yes, and they already have.
For the most part this brand’s Genesis Coupe is the real deal. It offers either a turbocharged four-cylinder engine or a muscular 3.8-liter V6. The latter option churns out 348 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque on premium gasoline (output is slightly less on regular fuel). A choice of transmission is offered; drivers can select between a six-speed manual and an eight-speed automatic.
Of course certain models feature a gigantic wing. Arguably it’s a little too large for the Genesis coupe but it’s not overly ridiculous like some of the ones we’re about to highlight.
