The 2014 Abarth Track Experience will be making extra stops this year.

Chrysler has announced that three additional stops have been added to this year’s Abarth Track Experience, allowing owners to have more opportunities to develop their driving skills in a one-day track experience. The additional stops will be at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida; Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, Connecticut and Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California.

Available to attendees will be a fleet of Abarth models that they can put to the test through four driving modules: autocross, head-to-head challenge, driving dynamics and performance drive. Ending their day at the event, drivers will get to ride in the passenger seat with a professional driver that pushes the Abarth model to the limit. In addition, the company will be adding the Fiat 500 Abarth with the optional six-speed automatic transmission to the Track Experience’s lineup this fall.

“As the Abarth Track Experience becomes more popular, we’re expanding the schedule to ensure more customers have the opportunity to develop their driving skills in a safe track environment,” said Jason Stoicevich, Head of FIAT Brand North America. “Now, with the addition of the specially tuned automatic transmission as an option for the 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth and Abarth Cabrio, we expect even more customers will want to join in the fun.”
