AutoGuide videos have been called a lot of wonderful things and we can now add to the list of favorable adjectives with the best one yet: award winning!

That’s right, at the annual Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) awards banquet, swept the online video journalism awards category. Road Test Editor Mike Schlee took home the runner-up prize for his review of the 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible while Editorial Director Colum Wood took the overall win for his review of the new Lamborghini Huracan.

The awards are presented by Integrated Automotive Experience.

“It’s a huge honor to have won, but I’m most excited for our team,” said Wood. “I think this proves what we’ve all known for a long time, namely, that we’re at the forefront of a media revolution in online video and we’re producing broadcast-quality video, but for online consumption.”

“And we couldn’t have done it without our extremely talented video producers Chris Blanchette and Adam Wood, who make all of AutoGuide’s editors look so good on camera.”

Along with complimenting the written word on, all AutoGuide videos are also hosted on the AutoGuide YouTube Channel where they’re viewed 2 million times a month.
