Daimler Chairman Dieter Zetsche will unveil a new concept car on Monday, January 5, 2015 in Las Vegas during the Consumer Electronics Show.
The show organizers confirmed today that he will deliver a speech on the first press day of the show where he will address the future of self-driving cars as well as unveiling a new concept car. CES is increasingly becoming a venue where automobile manufacturers showcase future technology concepts.
Last year, Audi chose CES to debut the interior of its new TT sports car ahead of the complete car being revealed. Last month, Mercedes gained a permit to test autonomous cars on public roads in California under the state’s new laws along side Audi and Google.
