2017 Porsche Panamera Spotted in Southern Europe

Engineers are hard at work on the next-generation Porsche Panamera. This large luxury sedan is expected to be completely redesigned for the 2017 model year.

Photographers have managed to capture this car getting put through its paces out on public roads in Southern Europe. It’s expected to ride atop an all-new Porsche-developed architecture called MSB. Additionally it’s also believed this platform will underpin the next Bentley Flying Spur.

But that’s not all. The MSB architecture is rumored to support upcoming versions of the Boxster, Cayman and 911, though Porsche’s Panamera will be the launch vehicle. This revamped sedan should also benefit from reworked exterior styling that, according to its designer, will be improved over today’s version.

In addition to a sedan it’s rumored a shooting brake or wagon variant of the car is also in development, though the cars photographed here have four doors and one of them has a piece of brush stuck in its grille.
