Porsche 918 Spyder Officially Sold Out

The Porsche 918 Spyder is finally sold out.

Limited to 918 units, Porsche’s latest supercar is officially unavailable with 297 of the sold units heading to the U.S. while around 100 owners in Germany and China are already enjoying the 918 Spyder.

In related news, Porsche announced that 2014 sales have already exceeded 2013 numbers with one month left to go.

“This strong November is evidence that our strategy is working extremely well,” said Bernhard Maier, Member of the Executive Board – Sales and Marketing of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. “It also confirms our commitment to taking advantage of every opportunity presented in the global markets.”

Through November, Porsche has sold 169,205 units worldwide, a 14.9-percent increase compared to 2013’s 147,290 figure. The month of November saw over a 25-percent increase in sales with the German automaker moving 17,743 units worldwide.
