Toyota is recalling two of its models for separate problems.
The Japanese automaker has announced that certain 2015 Toyota Yaris compacts may have rear-axle bearing bolts that were not tightened sufficiently during assembly. In the case that a bolt is loose, it could fall off during vehicle operation, damaging rear brake components and resulting in poor brake performance or even potential wheel lock up. A total of approximately 230 units are affected by the Yaris recall.

The other recall affects about 20 model year 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro pickup trucks. Affected vehicles were distributed to dealers in Puerto Rico without the proper B-pillar tire placard that indicates the tire size and recommended cold tire inflation pressure for the front and rear tires.
Toyota is unaware of any crashes, injuries or fatalities related to either issue and owners of the affected vehicles will be notified shortly with dealerships repairing the vehicles at no cost to the owners.
