Another enthusiast happened to spot the mysterious Lexus model testing in Los Angeles.
After photos of the rear end of this heavily camouflaged prototype surfaced, it was believed to be a Lexus model of some sort going through its paces up in the canyons of Los Angeles, California.
Now that we have a look at the front end, the grille area is definitely Lexus, especially the area reserved for an emblem. Although the camouflage job on the prototype is extremely well done, you can still see hints at the styling of the headlights that resemble the LF-LC concept.

One report says that Lexus will power the new SC model with the same 5.0-liter V8 used in the RC F coupe. In addition, there will be a hybrid powertrain option pairing the V8 engine with an electric motor for a total system output of over 540 hp. Production is scheduled to begin in November 2016 for the production LF-LC, and it looks like Lexus is right on schedule with this prototype getting spotted undergoing testing.
