The Bugatti Vision GT Concept debuted last week at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show and now you can hear just how angry it sounds.

It may never see production, but the Bugatti Vision GT Concept does preview what future models from the French automaker will look like, more specifically the rumored Chiron that will serve as the successor to the Veyron. While attending the Frankfurt Motor Show, AutoGuide.com overheard a Volkswagen exec say that the underpinnings of the Vision Gran Turismo Concept will actually power the Chiron and now we can get a taste of what that will be like.

Unfortunately it’s unclear what is actually powering the Bugatti Vision GT Concept, but rumor has it that the Chiron will cost around $2.5 million and have 1,479 horsepower and 1,106 pound-feet of torque from an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine. It also wouldn’t be a true Bugatti model if it didn’t have a ridiculous top speed, which in this case is said to be 288 mph.
