A single spy photo of the Bugatti Chiron has revealed the Veyron successor’s front end.
Bugatti has confirmed that the Chiron will be world’s fastest, most powerful and luxurious production sports car in the world. That means it will make upwards of 1,500 horsepower with a 0 to 60 mph sprint coming in around 2.3 seconds.
Styling is reminiscent of the Veyron that its replacing, though the headlight and front bumpers have been revised for a more aggressive looking front end.
An updated version of the Veyorn’s quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 engine will be used in the Chiron, that is supposed to put out about 1,106 lb-ft of torque. Thanks to direct injection and cylinder deactivation, fuel economy will be improved, although there are few buying a W16 looking for great fuel numbers.
Bugatti has already received 100 orders for the Chiron, which will carry a price tag of around around $2.5 million to start.
The car will make its official debut in March of 2016 at the Geneva Motor Show.
