The Chevrolet Camaro 1LE has returned.
Making the popular American sports car even more formidable, the 1LE trim has returned for the 2017 model year. It outfits the Camaro with numerous upgrades including more aggressive suspension tuning, standard Brembo brakes and lightweight, forged 20-inch wheels paired to Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. Helping dissipate heat is an upgraded cooling system, while a mechanical limited-slip differential helps get all the power to the ground.
On the outside, the American automaker gives it a satin-finished hood while the interior is outfitted with suede interior accents. Available as options are Recaro seats and a Performance Data Recorder.
The 1LE package will be available on upper-trim six-cylinder models that feature 335 horsepower. Expect official pricing to be announced closer to its availability date later this year.
