Ken Block has revealed his new Rallycross Ford Focus RS RX race car on social media.
The Ford Focus RS RX was first teased at the end of Block’s latest Gymkhana 8 video, and now he’s spilled some details. Best of all, there’s even a short video showing off just how badass it sounds. Naturally there’s a ton of carbon fiber throughout to keep the Focus RS RX lightweight and competitive.
The seating position is something to note, as Block sits in the center of the car rather than the front, assumably done for better weight balance.
Enough reading, check out the photos and the short video below – we can’t wait to see it in action.
One of my favorite things on my new Ford Focus RS RX racecar: this amazing steering wheel. So good. Much like. Which is nice, since I’m going to be looking at this at this thing a lot this year. Anyone catch the little Easter egg that @MSportLTD put in there for me? #FocusRSRX #FordRallyX #somanybuttons

Had a great day of testing this new Ford Focus RS RX racecar today with my new Hoonigan Racing teammate @AndreasBakkerud. @FordPerformance and @MSportLTD have built us a beast of a car to compete with in the @FIAWorldRX Championship this year – and therefore, I had an absolute blast driving it today! A real step up from my Fiesta RX43. Next up: get the new livery on it and off to Portugal for the first race! #testingFTW #FordRallyX #FocusRSRX
