There’s more rumors that the new Top Gear is off to a rough start.
The revamped show with new hosts Chris Evans and Matt LeBlanc hasn’t been well received for the most part on social media, although recent episodes are improving with the introduction of Chris Harris to the fold. But now The Sun reports that LeBlanc isn’t getting along with Evans and has reportedly told producers he won’t work on another series if Evans stays on board. This isn’t the first time that there have been reports of LeBlanc clashing with Evans, although on screen they seem to be amicable enough.
The second series of the revamped Top Gear is due to begin filming in September, but that could be put on hold if BBC bosses really have to decide between Evans and LeBlanc.

A show source told The Sun “The team does not gel at all, and the atmosphere between the presenters is decidedly frosty. It’s very much a picture of him – Chris – and them.” The source added that it appears Evans is jealous of the praise that Chris Harris and Rory Reid have received and is not encouraging his co-hosts or being supportive while they film their segments.
For the most part, social media and Top Gear enthusiasts have considered LeBlanc the best part of the new show, finding Evans to be too “shouty” and trying a bit too hard to mimic the now departed Jeremy Clarkson.
