Range Rover Sport Coupe Spotted in Spy Shots
The Land Rover Range Rover Sport lineup is set to grow.
A new set of spy photos shows the British brand testing a new Range Rover Sport Coupe, meant to directly take on the BMW X6. Like its German rival, the Range Rover Coupe will still sport four doors, but the rear roofline will be heavily tapered to give it coupe-like styling.
This coupe will prioritize on-road performance, giving up some of its off-road prowess in the process. Even a driver-centric cockpit is rumored to have been added to this model.

Under the hood, the same engine lineup found in the Range Rover sport, including a 5.0-liter supercharged V8, should be present. A hybrid and plug-in hybrid variant are both supposed to join the lineup in the future.

Range rover appear to be going the 'bmw mini' route i.e. with adding more variants Eventually finding that a number of the variants just drain costs rather than contributing revenue
