Hyundai is set to reveal the U.S.-spec 2018 Sonata at the 2017 New York Auto Show.
The Korean automaker will live stream its press conference from New York, so everyone can get the details on the 2018 Hyundai Sonata. The highlight of the presentation will be the design of the new Sonata and Hyundai’s new “Cascading Grille” that will be used across models. Don’t expect very many surprises however, as the new Sonata has already debuted in Korea.
The redesigned 2018 Hyundai Sonata not only sports a new front grille, but redesigned LED daytime running lights, tail lights and a trunk badge that doubles as the opening handle. Inside, the automaker has added wireless phone charging, seven- or eight-inch infotainment displays, more USB charging ports and a new leather-wrapped steering wheel.
Hyundai’s press conference starts at 1:15 PM Eastern Daylight Time / 10:15 AM Pacific Daylight Time on April 12.
