As promised, Infiniti has unveiled its entry into the three-row luxury crossover segment today at the LA Auto Show with the new JX. With the official reveal of the JX, Infiniti has also announced its pricing, setting the JX35 FWD MSRP at $40,450 while the AWD will come in at $41,550. Both vehicles are powered by a 3.5L V6 engine with 265-hp mated to a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with Sport mode.
The Infiniti JX will be on sale at Infiniti retailers nationwide in spring 2012. Blending both luxury and style with Infiniti’s new design language direction, the JX offers superb legroom in all three rows with plenty of cargo space behind the third row. Infiniti engineers also designed an innovative entry to the third row without having to remove the second row child seat.
The JX will also feature Infiniti’s newest technology, Backup Collision Intervention (BCI) which will allow the JX to help the driver detect crossing vehicles and objects behind the JX when the transmission is in reverse. The system will even engage the car’s brakes if necessary to help avoid a collision.
As with any other Infiniti, a bevy of options were also announced with the JX: Premium Package ($4,950), Driver Assistance Package ($2,200), Theater Package ($1,700), Deluxe Touring Package ($2,550), Technology Package ($3,100), Roof Rails ($370) and polished 20-inch forged wheels ($1,600).
One of the newest features of the Premium Package that is worth mentioning is Infiniti Connection, which can automatically sync the owner’s schedule through Google Calendar and provide navigation to those appointments. In addition, the system will allow the driver to setup Drive Zone and Speed Alerts, among other multiple functions.

A characteristically un-Subaru Subaru, the BRZ STI concept is our first look at the upcoming production sports car, which was co-developed with Toyota.
Painted in typical WR Blue Pearl (the Subie fanboys wouldn’t have it any other way), as a concept, and an STI concept, it’s a wilder looking version of what we’ll expect from the street car that will bow at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show.
With a boxer engine that’s low down and front-mid-mounted, the car’s center of gravity is already excellent. This concept improves on that, however, with a carbon fiber roof. Until now all the Toyota FT-86 concepts have sported 17-inch wheels, although this car gets 18s, plus a massive rear spoiler and aggressive front splitter.
Subaru will hold a press conference later today to “officially” announce the car. Stay tuned to see if they release any new details then.

After debuting a 3-door Fiesta ST Concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Ford has revealed a new 5-door version in Los Angeles today. Ford has made it clear that it will offer its vehicles globally, and so while the 3-door version will presumably be offered in Europe, this 5-door is all-but confirmed to be U.S.-bound.
Hot hatches have always been a popular segment amongst the tuner crowd, but only in the compact class – at least in North America. Now Ford is hinting it will bring the power level down a segment, with a 180-hp version of the Fiesta. That power comes from the brand’s new 1.6-liter EcoBoost turbocharged 4-cylinder with 177 lb-ft of torque.
Styling is inspired by the Fiesta WRC rally cars with an aggressive front end, aero kit and 17-inch wheels.
So will ford offer a 180-hp Fiesta in North America. We’d bet on it.

If you’re into plus-size models, then you’re sure to appreciate the the all-new Hyundai Azera. Looking like a curvy Sonata but with some more meat on its bones, the Azera is all-new for 2012 and sports a more powerful 3.3-liter V6 engine making 293-hp and 255 lb-ft of torque. Using a six-speed automatic transmission Hyundai boasts it can achieve 20-mpg in the city and 29-mpg highway for a combined 23-mpg rating, which matches the Acura TL and Toyota Avalon and tops all other rivals (if you don’t include the rear-drive Chrysler 300). Hyundai also touts the car’s power-to-weight ratio, at just 3,600 lbs it’s quite light for a full size car and weighs 200 lbs less than a Buick LaCross and 400 less than a Taurus.
Back to the car’s design, along with a large chrome grille it gets plenty of chrome detailing (perhaps too much), as well as LED taillights and accent lighting, integrated exhaust tips and 18-inch wheels standard (19s are optional).
Fitting between the Sonata and rear-drive Genesis Sedan in the Hyundai lineup, few might remember the old Azera but that’s likely to change now. It stretches 193.3-inches and is 73.2 inches wide. (For perspective, that’s 5-inches shorter and one inch less wide than a Chrysler 300). With all that size, the Azera boasts more front headroom and legroom than any of its front-drive rivals.
Perhaps the Azera’s best selling feature is its extensive list of standard equipment. Included on even base models is leather, dual automatic climate control, a 7-inch display screen with navigation and a back-up camera, a power driver’s seat, proximity key, nine airbags, second row air vents, a cooled glove box, plus heated front and rear seats. Those looking for all the goodies can upgrade to the Tech Package with 19-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, HID lights, a power rear sunshade and manual side rear shades, a 12-speaker 550-watt Infiniti audio system, a power tilt and telescopic steering column, an extendable driver’s seat cushion, vented front seats and rear parking sensors.

As expected and right on time, Cadillac rolled out their new XTS Sedan today at the LA Auto Show, fully unveiling their new flagship luxury sedan. Confirmed is a 3.0L V6 with 300-hp under the hood powering the XTS Sedan boasting Cadillac’s Art & Science design language.
The 300-hp V6 is mated to a six-speed transmission and Cadillac claims it has “very impressive fuel economy”. Genuine leather and wood is used throughout the interior, giving it a warm and opulent feel; while the XTS Premium will ramp up the luxury inside with a suede headliner, special accents and two unique interior trims.
Cadillac also boasted that the XTS Sedan is their most technologically advanced vehicle yet, equipped with their Magnetic Ride Control and Brembo brakes as standard. Furthermore, technological advancements enhance the safety of the vehicle by utilizing what Cadillac calls a network of cameras and radar sensors to warn drivers of possible accidents before they occur. Their “virtual bumpers” allows for low-speed detection of hard-to-spot articles and can even stop the vehicle to prevent an accident from happening. Another feature on the XTS Sedan worth mentioning is adaptive cruise control with full speed range.
The XTS Sedan is confirmed to be the first vehicle in Cadillac’s lineup to come with their new Cadillac User Experience (CUE) which features advanced in-vehicle connectivity paired with an industry’s first multi-touch screen with haptic feedback (which vibrates slightly when icons are touched). CUE will be integrated into other Cadillac models including the ATS later this year.

Mazda unveiled their latest entry into the compact crossover market at the Los Angeles Auto Show Wednesday, with the 2013 CX-5. The CX-5 will be the first vehicle to use a full suite of Mazda’s SKYACTIV technologies, designed to reduce weight and increase fuel economy without compromising the sporty character of Mazda’s offerings.
A 2.0L SKYACTIV 4-cylinder, similar to that of the Mazda3, will be featured on the CX-5, and while power and fuel economy figures weren’t announced 155-horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque, while two 6-speed transmissions, an automatic and a manual, will be offered. The Mazda3 can get as high as 28 mpg city and 40 mpg highway, and while the CX-5 may not match that, we expect strong numbers nonetheless. A diesel will also appear sometime after launch (Mazda gave no time frame, but has previously started that it will arrive, and initial driving impressions have been favorable. Mazda’s official press release is after the jump.

A perennial best-seller in its current boxy SUV style, Ford has made a bold move, completely revamping the Escape crossover into a stylish urban machine, filled with high-tech features inside, and under the hood.
Part of the One Ford plan to offer global vehicles, this new sport ute replaces the current Escape in North America, as well as the Kuga in Europe – and actually looks like a natural design progression from that model.
To help deliver a nice entry-level sticker price Ford will offer a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder model, only with front-wheel drive, making 168-hp and 167 lb-ft of torque. Ninety percent of the volume is, however, expected to be EcoBoost models with a new 1.6-liter EcoBoost making 173-hp and 177 lb-ft, while a 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine replaced the V6 offering, delivering 237-hp and 250 lb-ft. And to help keep those V6 buyers, Ford has rated the 2.0-liter’s towing at 3,500 lbs. EcoBoost models will be available as either front or all-wheel drive.
Ford has yet to announce official fuel economy numbers but says the new Escape should improve on the old model’s rating by as much as 5-mpg.
Ford will offer an updated (and supposedly easier to use) MyFord Touch system, while a big selling feature will be the handsfree rear liftgate. A fancy option, with the key in your pocket, just use a kicking motion under the rear bumper and the hatch will swing open.

Subaru revealed some new details about their BRZ Concept-STI today, chief among them the addition of a carbon fiber roof to lower weight and the vehicle’s center of gravity.
Along with the roof, the sports car, clad in Subaru’s iconic WR Blue Pearl paint, gets a unique front spoiler and rear wing, a rear diffuser and an 18″ wheel and tire package (215/45R18 in front , 225/45R18 in the Rear. Also in the cards are Brembo brakes, a staple of STI cars and an “STI tuned suspension”. We’ll have live reveal pictures later on, so check back for more coverage of the Los Angeles Auto Show.

You know that picture of Calvin taking a wizz on a Chevy symbol? The one you’d find on the back of a Ford? This is what that looks like in real life.
Unveiled on the eve of the 2011 LA Auto Show, Ford has upped the ante, topping Chevy’s already insanely powerful 570-hp Camaro ZL1 with what it bills as the world’s most powerful production V8. The 2013 Shelby GT500 boasts a new 5.8-liter aluminum unit that has been mated to a new supercharger and the total output is a whopping 650-hp, with 600 lb-ft of torque. Ford hasn’t released any 0-60 times for the car (traction is certain to be an issue), but has said the car will top out at over (yes, over) 200-mph!
Along with an even more aggressive front fascia and a massive splitter, the GT500 gets a long list of upgrades, including a new clutch, transmission and 3.31 final drive gears. There’s also 6-piston front Brembo brakes with larger rotors all around and more aggressive pads.
A Performance Pack adds a Torsen limited slip differential plus Bilstein shocks while a Track Pack adds an engine cooler, differential cooler and transmission cooler.
And as though this wasn’t enough to get anyone excited about driving the car, at it’s private unveiling last night, the man himself, Carroll Shelby, was on hand for the honors, and called this new car, “The greatest Mustang ever built.”

Cadillac‘s long awaited XTS flagship has been officially revealed with a whole suite of technology features that should help it establish a niche among buyers interested in more than just rear-drive handling dynamics.
The XTS is based on a front-drive architecture, a move that has come under fire among some critics as counter-productive, considering that rear-drive is a supposed hallmark of prestige employed by European and Asian rivals. With the XTS, Cadillac has chosen to use a Haldex all-wheel drive system, similar to brands like Audi and Volvo, which should match nicely with the direct-injected 3.6L V6, as well as provide a strong selling point in Snow Belt states.
On the performance side, the XTS will also employ a number of GM’s most advanced techologies, including Magnetic Ride Control, a rear air suspension, a HiPer Strut front suspension and Brembo brakes. Traditional large-sedan attributes have also been given sufficient attention – the XTS boasts 4 more inches of rear seat leg room and more trunk space than most German competitors – no doubt a way to position the XTS as a livery car as well.
As with most modern premium cars, the XTS places a heavy emphasis on both safety and technology, with the two themes interwoven in a variety of systems that Cadillac is heavily touting. The XTS will use a variety of radar sensors to control features like Adaptive Cruise Control (which can speed up or slow down the vehicle automatically), Front and Rear Automatic Brakes (which can bring the vehicle to a complete stop if necessary to prevent low-speed collisions) and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (which lets the driver know if there is pedestrian or vehicle traffic when backing out of a parking spot). The XTS will also have a vibrating alert placed in the front seat, which will allow the XTS to warn the driver of threats on either the left or right side that may be out of sight.
Other safety features like a Blind Spot warning system and a Lane Departure warning system will be made available, as well as 10 standard airbags. Cadillac’s CUE infotainment system will make its debut on the XTS, with an 8-inch screen that is said to offer an iPhone-like touch screen interface. An LCD instrument panel that can be completely customized will also be available, and is said to be an industry first.

Europeans won’t be the only ones having all the fun with the Fiat 500 Abarth anymore. North American showrooms will be gaining the turbocharged 160-hp 1.4L MultiAir engine model packed full with an Abarth-tuned suspension, brake system, race-inspired design and technology features not normally seen on compact cars. Full power comes on at 5500 rpm, while max torque is rated at 170 lb-ft at 2500 rpm.
Improving aerodynamics and giving the Fiat 500 a more aggressive appearance, Abarth has outfitted the North American model with functional exterior changes compared to the run-of-the-mill Fiat 500 counterpart. The front bumper has been modified to ensure maximum airflow for the intercoolers while the Abarth-designed 16-inch wheels gives it a much sportier appearance. Those looking for even more can opt for 17-inch rollers to cover up their performance brake system highlighted by bright red calipers. In the rear, a large liftgate-mounted spoiler can be seen, extending the roofline and improving the aerodynamics with additional downforce.
Unique to the Fiat 500 Abarth’s interior is the addition of a turbo-boost gauge with integrated LED shift light in the center. Tech-lovers can opt for the TomTom navigation with BLUE&ME hands-free all bundled into a 4.3-inch touchscreen display. Accenting the interior is an Abarth-designed aluminum pedal covers that feature nero rubber trim along with a nero leather shift knob with rosso accent stitching. The performance seats are a one-piece design with racing harness pass-throughs and accent stitching throughout.
In terms of suspension modifications, the Abarth model features 40-percent stiffer spring rates and a 0.6-inch lower height than the standard Fiat 500 model. Koni’s dual-valve frequency selective damping shocks allow for plenty of adjustability for improved comfort and smoothness as well as driving performance. Braking upgrades from Abarth include larger 11.1-inch rotors in the front (compared to the standard 10.1-inch on the Fiat 500) paired with a single-piston brake caliper. The rears feature 9.4-inch discs also with a single-piston brake caliper.
No pricing was announced on the Fiat 500 Abarth yet.

Ford has ditched the Escape’s more traditional SUV styling, overhauling the compact crossover for the 2013 model year. The North American market will now finally be treated to styling more in line with Europe’s Kuga crossover, proving that Ford is focusing on its One Ford plan of ensuring products offered in North America are nearly identical to their European counterparts.
The 2013 Ford Escape clearly takes a page out of the successful Focus design book and while some may or may not love it, we’re greeting the departure from typical SUV styling with open arms. Ford also announced what will be powering the 2013 Escape, offering a 2.5L four-cylinder with 168-hp and 167 lb-ft of torque as standard. An all-new 1.6L EcoBoost four-cylinder can also be had with 173-hp and 177 lb-ft of torque while the top-of-the-line model will be powered by a 2.0L EcoBoost with 237-hp and 250 lb-ft of torque.
All three engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, while Ford boasted that the 2.0L is capable of towing up to 3,500-lbs. Official EPA numbers or estimates haven’t been released yet, but Ford claims that the new Escape is up to five gallons more efficient than the previous model, dependent on the engine of course. An AWD option is also available for those who just don’t dig a FWD SUV.
New technology on the inside include the newly revamped MyFord Touch system along with active park assist and hands-free liftgate system.

The all new Jaguar XKR-S Convertible is now official, boasting a supercharged 5.0L V8 engine that is also found in the XKR-S Coupe. With 542-hp, this makes it Jaguar’s most powerful open-top model yet and also rounds off the XK-line with a convertible variant for every model.
Performance numbers for this convertible are impressive, with a 0-60 mph time of just 4.2-seconds and a top speed of 186-mph. And despite packing over 100-lbs more than the Coupe model, the performance figures are identical. Lowering the roof takes a mere 18-seconds after a push of a button and to ensure stability at its top speed, Jaguar’s engineers added some aerodynamic upgrades over the XKR Convertible, giving it a more aggressive look as well.
The XKR-S Convertible sits 0.4-inch lower, while the new front bumper sports a wider air intake and a carbon fiber splitter. New side skirts flow towards the rear where a new rear wing can be found sporting a carbon fiber center. All of the aerodynamic changes equate to a 26-percent improvement to downforce.
And to give it a classier appearance, the chrome trim was swapped out for gloss black painted pieces, while the 20-inch Vulcan wheels are standard along with the brake calipers done in a bright red or more subtle gunmetallic grey. The suspension is also upgraded from the XKR Convertible, with stiffer springs and Active Damping software in order to maximize body control and grip. The front features massive 15-inch rotors with the rear barely smaller at 14.8-inch. The result is 38-percent more stopping power than the XKR counterpart.

Hyundai will reveal its new 2012 Azera sedan at this year’s LA Auto Show, but has decided to tease us with a video showcasing some of the Azera’s highlights. The 293-hp V6 sedan boasts a spacious interior, leather seating surfaces, 19-inch wheels, nine airbags and an impressive 29-mpg highway as its standard features.
In the video, Hyundai focuses on the new Fluidic Sculpture design, HID headlights with LED accents, chrome-tipped dual exhaust, LED taillights, 7-inch touchscreen navigation, and panoramic sunroof in the all-new Azera. Clearly Hyundai has another winner here and it looks like with the release of the new Genesis, they’ll be climbing up the ladder of most sought-after vehicle brands.

First unveiled at the Frankfurt Auto Show, Land Rover has announced it will showcase both the DC100 and DC100 Sport concepts at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this week. More than just a regional unveiling, this announcement is an indication by Land Rover that it is looking to offer the next-generation Defender (which the concepts were created to inspire) in North America.
“The Defender has always been at the heart of the Land Rover Brand and single-handedly defines our go-anywhere, can-do sprit. Our ambition is to create an all new Defender for a global market that remains absolutely faithfully to its original DNA: tough, versatile, durable and capable. At the same time, it will be developed for the 21st century and adaptable for the needs of future generations,” said John Edwards, Land Rover Global Brand Director.
“Our intention is to introduce the all new Defender in the middle of the decade – there’s a lot of work to do to meet these dates and our concepts are just the start of the journey. We are here in LA to showcase our DC100 and DC100 Sport concepts and start to actively explore the possibility of bringing the future Defender to North America.”
Of note, Land Rover describes the DC100 Sport as “bursting with California cool,” while also commenting that both concepts have been designed with hybrid versions in mind – ideal for North America. The unique hybrid system includes a “Driveline Disconnect” system that physically (not electronically) disconnected the rear axle to significantly improve fuel economy.

Based on the all-new ML, this super-ute now features Merc’s new twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 engine rather than the old 6.2-liter unit, delivering an extra 15-hp and 44 lb-ft of torque for a total of 518-hp and 516 lb-ft. Plus, with an optional AMG Performance Package, output can be increased further to 550-hp and 560 lb-ft. Combined with the brand’s 7-speed AMG Speedshift Plus automatic transmission, acceleration to 60 mph takes just 4.7 seconds (4.6 seconds with the AMG package).
In addition, the AMG package adds on a carbon fiber engine cover, red painted calipers, premium leather, an AMG Performance steering wheel and raises the top speed from 155-mph to 174 mph.
The new turbo engine helps improve fuel economy by 33 percent. As a sign of just how much fuel the old model required, the new ML63 is rated at 16-mpg average. Along with “S” Sport and “M” Manual driving modes, the ML63 also gets a “C” Controlled Efficiency mode that helps improve fuel economy by starting the car in second gear and by engaging a start-stop function.
To maximize performance the ML63′s body has been widened by 0.4 inches on each side to fit larger 20-inch wheels with 265/45/20 tires, or optional 21-inch wheels with 295/35/21 tires. And of course, there’s an AMG braking system and more direct steering system.
Power makes it to the ground in a 40/60 front to rear split, with an Airmatic air suspension system with adaptive dampers used to offer a comfortable yet sporty ride. Further improving handling performance is a new Active Curve System, with active stabilizers front and rear to held reduce body roll in cornering.
And of course there’s a refined cabin with plenty of luxury, not to mention details like AMG illuminated door sills, a power liftgate, a color 7-inch Comand display screen and 4.5-inch instrument cluster display.

Chevrolet’s answer to the Fiat 500, Smart ForTwo and Scion iQ will finally make its debut stateside at the upcoming LA Auto Show. The 2013 Chevy Spark mini car not only offers more passenger and cargo room than its tiny competitors, the hatchback is the only car in the segment to offer a seven-inch color touchscreen radio capable of displaying smart phone-based navigation, media and contacts for hands-free calling.
For the North American market, the 2013 Chevy Spark will be available in 1LT and 2LT models. Both feature a 1.2L DOHC four-cylinder engine with 85-hp and 82 lb-ft of torque. A five-speed manual is standard while a four-speed automatic can be had as a option. Both models will go on sale starting in mid-2012 for both the United States and Canada.
The 2013 Spark is also the only car in its segment to offer the added value of a five-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty alongside the safety and security of OnStar.
Chevy did not include any pricing in its press release, but we’re certain we’ll hear more when the car makes its official revealing on November 16th, 2011 in Los Angeles.

Chrysler‘s Mopar brand has launched a new website dedicated to Chrysler Group owners so that they can regularly view their vehicle information, service history, learn how to use vehicle features, roadside assistance, share vehicle galleries, and receive special offers.
Appropriately named, the Owner’s Center website is set for launch on November 16th. Initial revealing will be held by the Mopar brand during the upcoming 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show, allowing the show attendees to gain first hand experience with the new site.
According to Pietro Gorlier, President and CEO of Mopar, Chrysler’s service, parts and customer-car brand, “Our new Owner’s Center website will support Chrysler Group customers throughout their entire ownership experience with our vehicles. Information will be easily accessible and constantly updated. It’s yet another example of how Mopar adds value to our brands and vehicles.”
Lincoln is brewing up some more interest for its upcoming LA Auto Show debuts. Recently we were teased with a single photo showcasing the new design of the 2013 MKS and MKT, and now the Ford luxury brand has released a couple more. This time it’s clearly showcasing the new MKS sedan’s LED taillights and a new dashboard featuring FoCoMo’s configurable instrument panel LCD screens.
It’s still not a whole lot to go off of, but clearly Ford is taking a page out of its own marketing book to hopefully generate more interest for their newly redesigned MKS and MKT. Let’s just hope when the full unveil happens, we’re not disappointed.

When we first looked through our media schedule for the upcoming 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show, our eyebrows perked up when we saw that Nintendo had a press conference scheduled for Thursday at 12:10 pm to 12:35 pm.
Obviously our first thought was that Mario Kart was finally becoming a reality, but we snapped back to something that made sense – like a partnership with an OE to include some entertainment in their cars.
But now MotorWorldHype is reporting that Nintendo will be bringing a custom car to the show built by none other than West Coast Customs. Hopefully Nintendo isn’t just going for something loud and obnoxious to show off its in-car integration, but rather something nice and reasonable even though it involves West Coast Customs. We still haven’t a clue what manufacturer Nintendo is teaming up with but the creation will be on display for the duration of the show. This is Nintendo first time ever appearing at an automotive trade show… should be exciting.
A followup to the 07-09 model year car, the new 2012 model will be available in Stinger Yellow or Pitch Black with a Super Bee logo and striping on the hood and rear decklid. Power will be downright excessive with 470-hp and 470 lb-ft of torque from the new 392 cubic inch (6.4-liter) V8 engine. Other custom goodies include custom 20-inch wheels, Goodyear F1 supercar tires and plenty of custom interior treatments.
Just 1,000 of these ostentatious beauties will be made with cars hitting dealerships in December.

Mercedes-Benz and AMG have turned to Facebook to generate some hype about the upcoming debut of the ML63 AMG. The timing seems to hint at a possible unveiling of the “Sport” SUV at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show. The teaser photo clearly reveals that the new AMG variant of the ML packs a much more aggressive front end with larger intakes and a front spoiler.
It’s also safe to assume that the new ML63 AMG will sport the 5.5L V8 bi-turbo, the same engine found in the CL63, S63 and CLS63. In its stock form, it pushes out 520-hp and 516 lb-ft of torque but with the AMG performance kit can pump out up to 570-hp.
Look for full details with AutoGuide’s LA Auto Show coverage starting November 16th. And see our complete show preview here.
Joining the new 2012 Charger SRT8 Super Bee at the LA Auto Show will be the official unveiling of another shocking yellow creation, the Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 Yellow Jacket. Painted Stinger Yellow, it’s powered by the impressive new 6.4-liter Hemi V8 with 470-hp and 470 lb-ft of torque, and is capable of hitting 60 mph in the 4.0 second range with a top speed of 182-mph.
Other performance goodies include a two-stage adaptive damping suspension system, steering wheel mounted paddle shifters (automatic models), as well as 20-inch wheels. The adaptive damping suspension adjusts the firmness of the shocks in “Auto” mode based on factors like speed, steering angle, brake pressure, throttle pressure and both lateral and vertical acceleration. In a “Sport” mode it delivers the stiffer possible setting.
Styling highlights are extensive with a black grille surround, black body-side stripes and a Yellow Jacket logo, while inside are black leather seats with a Stinger Yellow band and embroidered Yellow Jacket logo.
“The Challenger SRT8 392 Yellow Jacket adds another piece of performance car nostalgia to our rear-drive muscle coupe lineup in 2012,” said Ralph Gilles, President and CEO – SRT Brand and Motorsports. “The Stinger Yellow paint and interior accents speak directly to the performance enthusiast who appreciates a memorable and collectible color that helps deliver even more excitement and exclusivity.”
Look for the Challenger SRT8 392 Yellow Jacket to hit dealers in the first quarter of 2012.

Aston Martin will be teaming up with Galpin Aston Martin of California to show off the final pre-production engineering development One-77 at this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show. This special One-77 has covered 14,000-miles including endurance testing at Nardo in Italy and the infamous Nurburgring in Germany.
Spectators to this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show will be able to check out the 7.3L V12-powered exotic in person, but unfortunately won’t get to experience the 750-hp and 553 lb-ft of torque. But we’ll all be able to admire the handcrafted aluminum body and full carbon fiber monocoque chassis.
Keep in mind that the One-77 that will be on display isn’t a final production model, and the car that will be for sale may be slightly different.
