Buick is on a mission to redefine itself as a modern luxury car maker and is introducing what the company calls “Experience Buick” as a part of that campaign.

“Experience Buick” is a 24-month lease program available on all Buicks which includes routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation etc.), OnStar directions and connection plan and Sirius XM satellite radio all bundled into one monthly fee. A bumper to bumper warranty is also included in the package, which is good for 50,000 miles or four years — whichever comes first.

Buick increased its overall sales for the past two years and tthis leasing package is timed to help the company to continue succeeding.

“The vehicle lineup has never been stronger, and our dealer network continues to modernize its facilities. The Experience Buick program represents the next step in the brand’s reinvention by providing buyers two full years of all-inclusive, worry-free driving,” said Brain Sweeney, US Vice-President of Buick and GMC sales and service.

The idea here is to build a bond between customer and brand, and keep Buick buyers coming back for more. “Programs like this are a strong strategy for raising customer retention rates,” said Doug Van Sach, DMEautomotive Vice-President of strategy and analytics.
